There are several free resources that you can use to find a journal's impact factor or comparable measures of a journal's influence/quality. These include:

You can use the UMUC Library's Scopus database to compare two or more journals on a variety of parameters (number of cited articles, number of published articles, etc.). See the Scopus Browsing and analyzing journals tutorial for more information.
